MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The City of Monroe is wanting ideas for what to put in the old Ouachita Candy Company building.
The city bought the building in 2021 and previously proposed adding apartments and retail shops to the building.
“So we just pushed the survey out one more time just to make sure we’re gathering community response,” Monroe Strategic Programs Manager Will Kirkland said. “You can also find the RFP. The visioning document just kind of outlines possible future plans for the building.”
To take the survey, click here or visit the city’s Facebook .
