Clark County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man suspected of stabbing his mother Thursday at a home in Woodland.
Deputies and other law enforcement and first responders responded to a call at 5 a.m. from a woman stating that her adult son had stabbed her. The woman said she locked herself in her bedroom, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
The son was gone when law enforcement arrived at the residence in Oaks Mobile & RV Park, 38308 N.W. Lakeshore Drive, Woodland, the news release states.
The woman was taken to a hospital with injuries believed to be not life threatening, according to the news release.
Deputies identified the son as Miguel Bravo, 30, of Woodland. Deputies said they believe he fled in a 2005 white Acura TSX with Washington license plate CSN742
