HONOLULU (Island News) – An Attempted Murder investigation is underway after an incident occurred at a park in the Makiki area on Monday afternoon.

Officers with the Honolulu Police Department (HPD) responded to a park on Rycroft St. after reports of several teens fighting with another man at approximately 2:11 p.m.

During the investigation it was discovered that three teens, aged 15, 15, and 16-years-old, were identified as suspects in the case. According to police documents, all three teens were arrested at 3:45 p.m. and remain in police custody pending investigation.

Police also reported that a 23-year-old man was taken to the hospital as a result of the incident.
