BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WAVE) - Today, two of the men convicted in connection to the death of Crystal Rogers learned how long they’ll spend in prison.
In July, Brooks Houck and Joseph Lawson were found guilty in the 2015 disappearance and presumed murder of Rogers. Their sentencing was supposed to be in late August, but was delayed due to ongoing health issues with Lawson.

The Commonwealth also asked a judge to deny a request for a retrial for the two men.
Joseph Lawson’s father, Steven, was convicted of conspiracy to murder and tampering with physical evidence earlier in the summer and was sentenced to 17 years in prison.
Joseph was convicted of the same charges.
Houck, Rogers’ boyfriend at the time of her disappearance, was convicted of murder principal or accomplice
