The public is invited to attend an open house on Sept. 27 at West Hartford’s newest “Pollinator Habitat,” and will have the opportunity not only to tour the new garden, which is part of the national Pollinator Pathway, but also to engage in a variety of educational and family-friendly activities.

The new Pollinator Habitat is located at the entrance to the Wolcott Children’s Forest, at the intersection of Wolcott Road and Elmfield Street.
An introductory talk will be held in the amphitheater from 10-10:30 a.m.,
