SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience is helping flood survivors in San Angelo recover with low-interest loans for homes, businesses, renters, and nonprofits.

Michelle Genovese, public information officer for the SBA’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience, said the agency not only responds when disaster strikes but also provides the financial tools survivors need to rebuild their lives.
