SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - Hayden Hall will spend the next 50 years behind bars after being found guilty in the deaths of three people in a December 2023 crash .
Judge Rachel Rasmussen imposed a 100-year sentence with 50 years suspended on each manslaughter count, concurrent to each other.
Hall will be required to serve the entire 50-year sentence.
“This case highlights not only the dangers of impaired driving but also the high risks of extreme, reckless driving," Judge Rassmussen said.
According to authorities, evidence in the case showed that Hall had been drinking and ingesting cocaine prior to driving on the morning of December 9, 2023.
