SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Grande Motel suffered a horrific fire on September 17 and these are the photos of the aftermath.

It is still currently unknown what caused the fire, but what was reported yesterday exclusively by the Concho Valley Homepage may give a possible answer.

According to the original article:

"According to a bystander, a couple from Hondo, Texas, were staying in a room where the fire could have started. The couple said that they went to visit a family member, and when they came back to the motel, they opened the door, and it was covered in smoke and flames that were coming up. They took off running and all of their belongings also caught on fire."
