It seemed like everything was fine with Jaxon Smith-Njigba -- the Seattle Seahawks wideout with 17 catches and 227 yards this season -- heading into Sunday's matchup at home against the New Orleans Saints.

But then, he was added to the injury list on Saturday, which is never a good sign. The reason? An illness, which made him questionable for the game. Is there any update there, as you're probably wondering?

As of publishing this, there's been no update on his status beyond that. Hopefully for him and the Seahawks, he's OK and it was a short illness. But maybe we'll find out more before the Sunday afternoon slate of games kick off.

UPDATE: This report from ESPN's Adam Schefter seems promising?

We'll see!
