GRESHAM, Ore. — Gresham police are searching for the getaway driver in an armed robbery case that happened overnight.
Police told KGW that a business near Southeast 182nd Avenue and Southeast Division Street was robbed at gunpoint before the suspects drove away.
Officers found the getaway vehicle and followed it to the area of Northwest Division Street and Northwest Norman Avenue where two suspects got out of the vehicle and ran away.
Police arrested the two of them, but the driver drove through a nearby yard and wasn't caught.
As of Monday morning, police are still looking for the driver, but did not provide details about the vehicle's make and model. Police also didn't release the other suspects' identities.
