THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — An affordable housing complex in the Bronx is offering rent for under $700 in a recently posted lottery by NYC Housing Connect.

There are currently 69 available units at 3118 Webster Avenue Apartments in the Bronx. Amenities include an in-unit dishwasher, air conditioning, smart-controlled heating and cooling, nearby public transit, bike storage and more.

A studio apartment will go for $698 per month, excluding utilities, for those making 40% of the area's median income. Twelve one-bedroom units are available for $882 with a minimum annual income of $34,595.

There are 16 two-bedroom apartments available for just over $1,000, and six three-bedroom units at just under $1,200, both within the 40% area median income range.
