SOUTH CAROLINA (WSPA) -- A man was arrested Friday for multiple charges related to child sex crimes.
According to South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson's Office, 37-year-old Timothy Cory Griffin solicited and traveled to meet with a person that he believed was a minor for sex.
Investigators with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Abbeville Police Department made the arrest.
Griffin was charged with one count of criminal solicitation of a minor and one count of attempted criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
The case will be prosecuted by Attorney General Wilson's office.
