TOLEDO, Ohio — Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to four counts in his indictment.

According to court records, Labrador-Sierra entered the guilty plea Sept. 22 during a hearing before Judge James R. Knepp II. No plea agreement was filed. The hearing lasted 45 minutes with the government represented by attorney Robert Melching and Labrador-Sierra appearing alongside his defense attorney, Assistant Federal Public Defender Donna Grill, and an interpreter.

The four counts to which Labrador-Sierra pleaded were:

Count 1 : Possession of a firearm by an alien unlawfully in the United States.

Count 2 : Making a false statement during the purchase of a firearm.
