DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man was killed after being thrown from his truck when it overturned early Sunday morning in Dauphin County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
State Police at Lykens said in a crash report, 28-year-old Thomas Casey, of Northumberland County, was driving his 1999 Ford F-250 in the 4000 block of State Route 225 in Washington Township around 1:30 a.m.
According to Troopers, Casey was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control and overturned, causing him to be thrown from his truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was noted in the report that Casey was not wearing his seatbelt when he crashed. His truck was also heavily damaged.
