A West Nashville property previously housing Bro’s Cajun Cuisine and that sold for $1.35 million earlier this year has now been listed for $2.9 million.

As the Post reported in May, Tamay Ozari owns the 0.42-acre Sylvan Heights property, which is located at 3214 Charlotte Ave.

Marketing materials note the property, which sits adjacent to Interstate 440, is zoned to accommodate construction of up to nine three-story townhomes that can allow short-term rental usage.

Ozari, who acquired the property in May via ARI Holdings LLC, operates L&L Market nearby at 3814 Charlotte Ave. in a building previously home to L&L Restaurant Equipment.

The seller in the May deal was Patrick Poole, vice president and Nashville Market Leader for Cincinnati-based Merus (formerly called Al. Neyer).
