DAWSON SPRINGS, Ky. (WEVV) — A volunteer boys basketball coach in Dawson Springs was arrested after making threats towards two victims, according to police.

A Dawson Springs Police Department report obtained by 44News says 29-year-old Judd Tyson was arrested on two counts of Terroristic Threatening.

According to the report, the incident happened in August in the gymnasium at the end of 7th period.

The police report says Tyson told two victims he should "curb stomp" them and didn't care if it broke their necks.

The Dawson Spring Independent School District released a statement on the incident.

In the statement, the district said that the coach had been placed on suspension of his volunteer status pending the result of a full investigation.

Tyson was booked into the Hopkins County Jail
