FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - The City of Franklin released a traffic plan for its annual Pilgrimage Festival, slated again for late September.
The two-day, family-friendly event brought in nearly 25,000 people in 2023. The lineup features rock and roll, alt-country, bluegrass, jazz, indie, and gospel.
