SHELBY COUNTY, Tenn. - The Shelby County Juvenile Court Clerk's Office announced Monday a new digital platform that aims for a "simpler" way to make child support payments.

Called payit901, the digital platform allows residents to manage their child support payments "while on the go" through the office's website or mobile app, which can also be used to pay juvenile traffic tickets and juvenile court costs. In a news release, the office said it was "a significant move to enhance accessibility and convenience."

"Our mission is to effectively serve the community with efficiency and transparency," Juvenile Court Clerk Janeen Gordon said in a statement. "By bringing Child Support Services to payit901, we're providing access for families to provide for their children anytime, anywhere.”
