AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Texas Department of Transportation Amarillo District announced that the westbound I-40 exit ramp to Georgia Street will be closed on Sept. 24 and Sept. 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for high-mast lighting operations.

TxDOT advises drivers to drive with caution and reduce speed through all work zones. All projects are subject to change due to weather, emergency work, and other unexpected events.
