CANYON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Dove Creek Equine Rescue announced its annual signature fundraiser, the 2025 Sunset Dinner, is to be held on Oct. 18 with the theme "1923: A Western Elegance Affair."

According to officials from the Dove Creek Equine Rescue, the night promises guests an unforgettable evening that blends western heritage with celebration. Officials noted the event is chaired by Jade Miller, Kim Taylor, and Haley Miller.

The Sunset Dinner will feature: • A curated dinner with flavorful cuisine and signature cocktails; • Live music by the Electric Gypsies; • VIP Speakeasy featuring music by Nelson McKinney; • VIP Mobile Cigar Lounge by Smokeasy; • VIP Whiskey Tasting; and • Interactive horse moments that highlight Dove Creek’s mission.
