SPRINGFIELD, Mo. —A former Old Missouri Bank (OMB) executive is accused of embezzlement and theft involving company funds for over a year.
According to online court dockets, Shanda Dawn Trautman, of Nixa, born in 1983, is charged with eight counts of felony misapplication of funds at a financial institution.
The probable cause statement says Trautman misused a company-issued credit card, charging more than $13,000 toward her personal residential rent over several months and about $2,150 for her daughter’s senior photos from September of 2022 to the end of 2023.
OMB representatives reported the embezzlement on Jan. 4, 2024.
Criminal summons have been issued. She’s due in court Oct. 25.
