The Olds-Sweet-Norman House has made it to its final home on West 6th Street.

After about seven hours, the historic house has been relocated.

The move started later than normal due to weather, and then crews ran into electrical and hydraulic issues, despite previously testing the systems twice.

On Tuesday, crews were putting cribbing underneath the main support beams.

"Once all the cribbing is finished, the building will be raised a few inches off all of the dollies, the tired machines, and those will all be rolled out, and the transfer beams will be taken away, and that'll allow us to lay up the block foundation,” said Mike Jefferys, president of Kidder Jefferys Construction.
