The Front Royal Town Council voted Monday to provide water and sewer service to land proposed for a warehouse.

Council members Melissa A. DeDomenico-Payne, H. Bruce Rappaport, R. Wayne Sealock and Glenn A. Wood voted in favor of approving a request to provide town water and sewer service to the industrial zoned property in the U.S. 340-522 North corridor. Vice Mayor Amber F. Veitenthal and councilman Joshua L. Ingram voted against the request.

Warren County and Stafford One Investments LLC (522 Properties LLC) submitted a joint request for water and sewer services not to exceed 4,500 gallons per day within the U.S. 340-522 North Corridor, on property on the west side of Winchester Road at its intersection with Winners Court for use as an industrial warehouse and distribution center.
