WATERBURY, Conn. — Waterbury police said they arrested a Hartford man Monday and are looking for another person after a deadly shooting last week .
Latroy Young, 37, of Hartford, is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. He is being held on a $1 million bond pending his court arraignment Tuesday.
Officers went to Charles Street on Sept. 15, just before 7:50 p.m., for a report of shots fired in the area of Charles Street.
They found a man with a gunshot wound who was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified him as Frank Garay, 29, of Hartford.
On Monday, police found and took Young into custody at the GStyle Lounge on 2964 Main St. in Hartford.
Members of the Waterbury
