February marked four years since the Trump Plaza, at the time stripped of all its contents, came toppling down to Atlantic City’s ground , erasing 30 years of history.

Seven months later, the land once occupied by the giant casino has gone up for sale.

The Plaza, President Donald Trump ’s first casino in his entertainment empire, was imploded in 2021 after closing in 2014, one of several Atlantic City casinos to shut down that year amid an economic downturn for the gaming mecca. It sat idle for years before the city condemned the property in 2020, clearing the way for demolition.

Now, the barren, sandy land where the multi-story building once stood, which covers about 1.87 million square feet, can be bought without an asking price, according to a real estate listing on Crexi. Adam
