ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - The Georgia Department of Public Health has reported three new measles cases.
According to the department, two of the cases were unvaccinated and the third has “an unknown vaccination status.” The three are reportedly isolating at home.
The new measles cases bring the total number of cases reported in the state this year to 10.
The department said the new measles cases are “close contacts” of the case reported earlier this month.

That case may have exposed people at the following locations and times:
Sept. 2 and 4: Georgia State University (GSU)
Aderhold Learning Building between 7:30 a.m. and 2:15 p.m.
Langdale Hall between 9 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.
