ROCKFORD, Ill. (WREX) — The Chicago Rockford International Airport is bringing something new, now making getting to O'Hare, and around the world, a bit easier.

Beginning October 20th, passengers traveling on American Airlines can take a bus from the Rockford airport to O'Hare as they work to make travel less of a hassle.

"To the customer, it's access, right? It's being able to experience American Airlines from home pretty much. From your neighborhood airport verses having to deal with the hustle and bustle of the larger hubs," Bianca Maldonado Rosa, the Director of ORD Operations for Landline, the company bringing the new offering said.

Tickets are already beginning to sell for the new option.
