The National Weather Service forecasts multiple rounds of showers and potential thunderstorms, with temperatures holding in the 70s and overnight lows remaining unusually warm for late September, ranging from 55 to 65 degrees.

Areas northwest of Interstate 81 might see scattered showers the remainder of this evening, while the lower Susquehanna Valley could experience stronger storm potential, particularly in Lancaster County.
