Hyderabad. Sept 24 (Maxim News): In a major breakthrough against illegal gambling, the Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID) has uncovered a widespread online betting racket operating across Rajasthan, Gujarat and Punjab and arrested eight online betting operators.

According to officials, the suspects were running betting operations through six mobile applications — Taj0077, Fairplay.live, Andhra365, Vlbook, Telugu365, and Yes365 .

“These platforms were allegedly used to lure thousands of unsuspecting users into wagering money, causing heavy financial losses to the citizens,” CID officials said.
