Chattanooga’s Department of Public Works will be giving residents the chance to learn about the work it does during a roundtable that’s planned for next month.

Public works is teaming up with Neighborhood Services for the next installment of its 2025 Neighborhood Roundtable Series.

During the roundtable, public works department staff will give a presentation on how the city plans, builds, maintains, and protects infrastructure and the environment.

Topics will include:

streets

sidewalks

trees

garbage and recycling services

development permitting

code compliance

stormwater management

The roundtable will be on October 20, from 5:30pm-6:30pm at the Chattanooga City Council Building on Lindsay Street.
