Penny Lancaster has shared a vulnerable glimpse into her life as she candidly discusses the cancer diagnosis of husband, Rod Stewart.

The singer was first diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2017, with the public sending their support to the celebrity.

It was during a routine appointment the aggressive form of cancer was identified, but the rocker confessed he didn't want anyone to know at first.

He did, however, confide in wife, Penny, that he wanted to work out exactly what he was dealing with first, before he told anyone.
