YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)- The Youngstown Police Department was led on a chase in what was believed to be a stolen vehicle early Friday morning.

While they were on patrol around 12:40 a.m., police spotted a vehicle that was reported stolen and reportedly involved in recent events in the city.

When officers attempted to pull over the vehicle, reports said that the man drove away at a speed as high as 75 mph and disregarded stop signs. Police were reportedly led to a driveway off the 1400 block of East Florida Avenue.

Police said that they saw the man run into the back door of the house and lock the door behind him. Reports said that a woman told police that she was unsure if the man was still in the house. When police searched the house, they found the man and arrested him.
