Tyrell Morris testifies:
Trial began Friday with Morris taking the stand in his own defense.
Morris gave his background looking directly to the jurors. He explained how he start was from EMT in fire services to deputy director of operations, then head of OPCD until 2023 when he resigned.
He resigned the same time the Inspector General of New Orleans was requesting to interview Morris for the crash investigation.
