There was one vehicle theft reported, and zero vehicles were recovered on this day.

Officers laid down spikes: At 2:23 a.m. in the 27000 block of Pacific Highway South, there was a report that officers assisted the Des Moines Police Department on a pursuit by laying spikes. Once the suspect vehicle collided with a city-owned sign, officers assisted Des Moines in locating the suspects.

Theft of a vehicle and gun: At 9:47 p.m. in the 32000 block of 20th Lane Southwest, there was a report that officers responded to an in-station report of a theft of a vehicle and a gun.

Fraud: At 12:50 a.m. in the 2900 block of Southwest 342nd Place, there was a report that a woman got an email stating that she had fraudulent activity on her Wells Fargo bank account. The woman called the person w
