FALMOUTH, Maine — A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 295 in Falmouth caused a "full shutdown" during Friday's evening commute.

A Subaru sedan driven by Emily Paskewicz of Southport did not see heavy traffic stopped ahead and struck an Audi sedan around 4:30 p.m. near Exit 10, according to a news release from Maine State Police.

The initial impact pushed the Audi, driven by Daniel Antolovich of Storrs, Connecticut, into a pickup truck driven by Chad Greelee of Richmond.

Paskewicz's car became disabled in the middle of the passing lane after the crash and caught on fire, police said. All occupants exited Paskewicz's car with no reported injuries.

Falmouth fire arrived at the scene and quickly put out the fire, according to the release.
