SETH — Opportunistic defense and an Eli-Pauley-to-Trey-Lester connection that coach Kevin Buzzard called "special" are what got it done for the Sherman Tide against Wayne on Friday night at Zontini Field.
The Tide forced five Pioneer turnovers (one on downs) and got three touchdowns through the air from Pauley to Lester to top Wayne 39-20 and improve to 4-1 on the 2025 season.
