CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - Five people were arrested after a large fight broke out in downtown Cedar Rapids early Saturday morning.
Police say officers were in the 400 block of 2nd Avenue Southeast around 2:00 am when a large disturbance broke out. That’s the downtown bar district. Authorities say several people began fighting.
CRPD says many police units, including assistance from the Linn County Sheriff’s office, were required to break up the fights.
Five people were arrested. They were charged as follows:
Antonn Bradley - Disorderly Conduct and Rioting
Tangeray Davis - Disorderly Conduct and Rioting
Nevaeh Exley-Schuman - Disorderly Conduct and Rioting
Marco Brown - Interference with Official Acts, Disorderly Conduct and Rioting
Ladonna Givens - Disorderly Conduct and Rioting
