Last weekend, BBC viewers saw this year's Strictly Come Dancing contestants matched with their professional dancers.

One of which included Ross King, who was partnered with Jowita Przystał during the launch show. Since then, the 63-year-old has made a touching confession about his match for the series.

However, Ross is no stranger to the glitz and glamour of showbiz, having been on TV since the age of 17. Although there's one show he appeared on in the 90s that many may have forgotten.

During last week's Lorraine show, Ross spoke to Christine Lampard about the latest TV news, including the revived You Bet!, which recently featured Rylan Clark and Holly Willoughby.

In the middle of their chat, the host was quick to comment on Ross' former appearance on the programme.
