NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. (WKBN) -- Ferris Farm Produce hosted its third Annual Septumpkin Festival on Saturday, with a lively crowd and community focus.

The event featured live music, an artisan marketplace, food trucks and pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. The festival is a way to get people to come out and see what is done on a farm and give a better understanding of farm-to-table.

"It means a lot to me. We actually feel that we need to help feed our community. So not only do we do a lot of festivals and have a lot of local people, we donate to the food banks. We encourage anybody who needs food to come out and see us. We have a lot and we hate waste," said Jeanice Ferris Britvich, owner of Ferris Farm produce.
