MICCOSUKEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Moccasin Grove opened its pumpkin patch this weekend, and they’re letting people pick their own gourd straight from the vine.

“It gives me chills a little bit,” owner Lizz Bass said. “Just to see that we’re able to bring this out to the community and have a safe place for everybody to come out to and have a good time.”

This is the third year Moccasin Grove has opened its pumpkin patch. When visitors come to the farm, they’ll also be able to pick their own flowers and enjoy a corn maze.

“With the U-Pick, it’s an experience coming out and coming to our farm,” owner Ryan Bass said. “It’s not like buying something at the grocery store.”
