Airdrie RCMP is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect who threatened to shoot a clerk while robbing a bank Saturday morning.
Officers responded to reports of an armed robbery at a Servus Credit Union branch located at 2800 Main St. S. in Airdrie at around 9:38 a.m. Saturday, RCMP said in a news release.

A lone male suspect — concealing his face with a blue surgical mask — entered the bank, demanded cash and threatened to shoot the cashier, RCMP said.
No firearm was displayed by the suspect and no injuries were reported.
