DALLAS — Dallas' ICE facility will remain closed Monday, an ICE spokesperson confirmed, after Wednesday's deadly shooting. Check-ins at the facility have been cancelled, and officials said those who had them scheduled can call to reschedule.
One ICE detainee was killed and two others were wounded after a shooter "opened fire" on a Dallas ICE facility Wednesday morning, Department of Homeland Security officials said.
An ICE spokesperson said in an earlier statement that two ICE detainees were killed and a third was wounded, but DHS corrected that statement to say one detainee was killed and two others are in critical condition.
