Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary flagged off seven new trains, including three Amrit Bharat Express and four passenger trains, aimed at enhancing connectivity and accelerating economic growth in the state.

With this launch, Bihar now operates 26 out of 30 Amrit Bharat Express services across India, reinforcing its position as a key hub in the national railway network.

The Muzaffarpur–Charlapalli Amrit Bharat Express becomes Bihar’s first direct link to South India, while the Chhapra–Anand Vihar service marks the sixth connection to Delhi.
