KERSHAW, S.C. (WBTV) - Several people were arrested last week during a drug raid in Lancaster County, according to deputies.

Authorities reported that four people have been apprehended, while a fifth is wanted. All five suspects are facing multiple drug-related charges.

What happened

The raid reportedly occurred on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at a home along Winterwood Road in Kershaw.

Deputies said that in early September, agents made a controlled fentanyl buy from Billy Sanders at his home, after which they obtained a search warrant for his property.

When task force agents went to the home to arrest Sanders on Wednesday, he reportedly bailed from a car in the driveway and ran into the woods. As of this writing, he is still at large.
