HARRISBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Pennsylvanians have a chance to weigh in on how the state maintains and improves its roads and bridges.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has opened its annual construction and maintenance customer satisfaction survey, which is available online until Oct. 21. Residents can access the survey here.
The 22-question survey asks participants how they receive roadway information, how PennDOT meets or falls short of expectations in construction and maintenance, and whether they use the state’s 511PA traveler information service. Respondents are also asked about their experiences reporting concerns to the department.
