The Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) is asking residents to take part in a new survey to help guide improvements to the city’s transportation system.

The survey will gather input on how people travel, challenges they face, and what changes they’d like to see. That feedback will shape “neighborhood mobility zones” designed to connect bus routes with options like micro transit, car shares, and bike shares.
