LIVINGSTON, Ala. ( WBRC ) - After another win in week 5, West Alabama football is continuing to rise in all three major D2 polls.

The Tigers took down North Greenville 52-44 on the road this past Saturday to improve to 5-0 under first year head coach Scott Cochran.

After the win, the Tigers are now ranked 8th in the FloCollege rankings , 11th in the AFCA Coaches Poll , and 15th in the D2football.com rankings.

The program has gotten off to their undefeated start in thanks to quarterback Spencer Arceneaux, who is having one of the best years so far in all of D2 football.

Arceneaux has led the Tigers offense to 39.4 points per game (11th in the nation) and 429.4 yards per game (1st in the Gulf South Conference, 29th in the nation). Arceneaux has also thrown for ove
