SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Interested in learning how to build a birdhouse? Well, the Santa Rosa County 4-H is offering you the opportunity to learn.
The Bluebird Box Building Workshop will be held on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a news release.
The cost to take part in the event, which is being held at the Santa Rosa County Extension Office, is $15 and is open to kids ages 8 to 18.
The workshop will teach kids the need for the local bluebird population, how bluebirds benefit the community and how they can help bluebirds at home, according to the release.
Registration is open until Thursday, Oct. 8.
