Warwickshire Police has issued a statement after following the horrific Manchester synagogue attack. The force has said that it is 'deeply saddened' by the attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation synagogue.
Two members of the public have been confirmed dead and a third person, believed to be the suspect, is also dead following the incident earlier this morning (October 2). In a statement, Warwickshire Police's Superintendent for local policing, Steve Flavell, urged locals to 'remain alert but not alarmed'.
He said they are 'actively monitoring' the situation and urged anyone who spots anything suspicious to call police.
