ROCHESTER, Minn. — Rochester is taking part in a national initiative to improve public meetings through the "Democracy Innovations for Better Public Meetings" project. This collaboration with the National Civic League’s Center for Democracy Innovation is funded by the AAA-ICDR Foundation. Rochester is one of two new cities chosen to pilot innovative practices aimed at making public meetings more engaging and productive.
